Ranger 1500 tracking

That’s really odd. I wonder if at the factory, one of the holes didn’t get drilled in the right spot.

I went to see the Polaris today. The issue with the rear headache rack is the rear cage of the unit is not correct. They could have bent it to make it work but would have caused other issues. Polaris is sending the a new rear cage. It will be everything behind the B pillar and C pillar. They will have to break the weld bolts and rear attach the cage the roof and all electrical in the roof plus the glass. We will see how it goes. They will do this in May when they install the JBL rear audio.

Wow, that’s a bummer man. I feel for ya. I kind of thought that might be the issue. Hopefully it all works out in the end for ya.

I am curious how this turned out. I am having the same problem mounting the headache rack to my Ranger. I was able to install 3 of the mounting bolts and the 4th is out of alignment by at least a 1/4 inch.
