Check pins inside of that passenger seat connector to make sure they are not bent or not making good contact

Yes all the main seats you can remove the backs. Push down from top with a screwdriver in the hole on the back of the seat pushing in while you push down on the seat back cushion

have to remove the upper seat backs to remove rear headrest. They snap out of bottom a pull down on cushion it has like 5 hooks on it. That will gain you access to remove rear headrest. Front ones have tiny holes in the seat backs you press flat head into an pull. It’s PITA

What kinda gas mileage are y’all seeing out of your 1500’s?

Ran the 50 inch in this I’ve worked with the Polaris mounts. Just different mounting holes.

Think front ends gonna look a little different as well. we shall see. Gonna be interesting if they try and start trickling down the steelbelt style tranny in some way. Never know with Polaris

Windshield needs to be adjusted. Loosen the two 4mm Allen set screws on brackets. The use a 22mm wrench to turn the hinges. It’s tedious so take your time!!!!

Yes was also wondering about moving the pin location for where the lift mounts into bed underneath. Might give it enough so it won’t bind. But then bed might not come down an sit flush like it should. I don’t know gonna give it a try

Another issue I’ve noticed to is if someone is operating the bed lift a continues until that piston clicks like normal bumper wedges on rear of machine a put it in a bind. So make sure to stop whenever you hear that bed lift starting to whine because it is not fun trying to get it out of that bind
