Doesn’t look like collectively we are any help. Machine too new. I am guessing you will need to have your dealer address issue. Let us know what it was. That sucks. Hope it’s simple and a one off.
It came, but I am at my city house so haven’t looked at it yet. Probably Thursday or Friday. I am excited to get it in. Will be close with spare tire, but should fit. I will let you know.
Sorry about that. This is the siless I used. I am sure the 200 would be fine too:
Siless Liner 157 (4 mm) mil 36 sqft Car Sound Deadening Closed Cell Foam & Heat Insulation mat - PE Foam Sound Deadener Material & Heat Barrier
This is what I wrapped around coolant lines:

Sorry, I didn’t think to take pics when I was doing it so I don’t have anything to offer there.
The links are what I used and purchased from Amazon. The links worked for me, but if I need to offer a description because they don’t work, let me know.
this is what I used. Stuck it to plastic on underside of tunnel and around both front and rear boxes under seat and anywhere else I could reach such as interior plastic around driver seat and area around battery and fuse compartment. I didn’t take off floor boards and do those. There is a...
It was noticeably quieter when I insulated tunnel with siless and made the stall mats. Ironically, becasue it’s so quiet, you notice road noise and those simple things made a difference. It will Probably will help heat too when summer comes. Tunnel has zero insulation. Floor boards have a small...
Let us know if you come up with a foam cutout or some permanent solution. I had not really noticed due to mild weather until the last week in Utah, but now it’s cold I can feel air. Now it is noticeably cold along door.
Thanks for the effort in doing that. Intuitively, you know it’s quiet, but real numbers give a great reference point. It’s really easy to take off tunnel and add a layer of deadener and heat shield so I’m guessing you would see even greater result. Also the stall mat I made floor liners with...
Just got thinking further and realized then your issue would be right versus left. Maybe solve that by having two rocker switches. Not sure what you would need to do there.
Make some sense, but I am not aware of anyone. I am guessing you could make a system that did that, but you would likely have to make your own. You’d have to run wires and tap into the rear tail lights just like you would’ve the turn signal kit, purchase a blinker mechanism and then purchase...
I should also note, that it does make the tailgate noticeably heavier. Not that that’s a problem but the tailgate definitely comes down harder if you just release it and let it drop and is a bit heavier when you lift it back up. Not a big deal but it does have some impact.
I installed one. It is nice because when the tailgate goes down or when the bed dumps, it’s all part of the bed/tailgate. I’m not sure that it’s going to really protect a lot because it is so high. A lower tailgate will be a problem though because of the dumping bed. I’m sure somebody will come...
