Ride Command screen protector

I had not read anyone on the forum talking about these so thought I would mention. I was surfing Amazon for accessories for our 1500's and came across screen protectors for the ride command. I had never given these a thought but will say our machine is typically pretty dusty (actually filthy) and I find myself being reluctant to mess with it sometimes fearful of scratching the screen. I have always put them on my phones with good results so for me made sense.
I purchased the one from Kemimoto only because I have seen that name a few times.
Install was easy , makes me feel like it was a descent item to drop 30 bucks on, I can now wipe the dust off without fear of damaging the screen face. I guess time will tell.

I have one on my screen. Ordered it before I even got my machine. It’s nice, you don’t even notice it’s on there. Super easy to install, good fit. My order came with 2, which I thought was nice in case I fubar’d the first one.

I've seen them before and considered them. I figured I was more likely to screw up the screen when putting the protector on than it screwing up because it didn't have one on. I had the Ride Command on my Indian for 7 years and never had a problem, so I figured I'd leave it alone.

We ride ours 99% off road so lots of dust and dirt . Our Pioneer is 8 years old and though not a touch screen is still dulled from me occasionally wiping it off.
