Anyone else have problems with ride command maps not popping up and clock not updating? Worked fine for the first few months and now its not updating like it isn't getting signal. Tried updating the firmware, but it is the same version that listed on the website for latest version.

I haven’t had any of those issues, but my ride command app is pretty flaky. It “forgets” my machine and I’ve had to re-connect it several times. It also doesn’t always seem to update. Could be just me though and not understanding how to utilize it correctly.

Yeah , my clock reads some random weird time when first started, also bottom lights flicker on and off

My bottom row of buttons seem to turn on and off at will. Not sure why but I thought I would mention to my dealer when I get it serviced for the first time.

My clock does weard things too. And the ride command flops between night or black screen and white for daytime. Even though I have it selected off. lol.

I’ve not had an issue with the clock, and my screen has only been the wrong color a couple times.

Since new 4/5/24, my bottom 7 push button lights under the ride command screen have flickered in unison. After 4 trips to dealership for several photo requests by Polaris, they replaced the ride command (re-manufactured???) last Wednesday June 5. Yesterday, June 10, I lost the entire ride command system, but prior to that., the 7 buttons were still flickering, like a bad ground. Going back in tomorrow for visit number 6. Flickering is more prevalent while moving, but not always consistent with bumps. FYI...I have 1,400 miles in 9 weeks of road riding.

My push button lights used to flicker too, I haven't noticed it since I turned the Auto feature off and leave it on the daytime screen all the time. I also leave my head lights on (Iowa law) Maybe the flicker has to do with it wanting to switch between day and night mode??? Not sure just know that mine has not done it for a long time.

Big Red, thanks for your input. Polaris support had the same suggestion, but the flickering goes on. Extremely annoying and distracting especially at night. Thanks again.

Not sure what happened I haven't noticed my lights flicker for a long time..........until today. Took mine in today for Service and they updated my Ride Command software. I was trying to set my gauges up again when I noticed the bottom push buttons flicker. Not sure if it just started again or I hadn't noticed for a long time. Either way mine is now doing it too.

I do think the flickering is the auto dim as we notice it when we come in and out of dark areas on trails. Here's one for you - My Ride Command App will not pick up engine hours from the machine. They show fine on the display in the rig bit the app is stuck on 1 hour. Have logged in and out and no change.

Clock may be updating based on GPS when it turns on.

My engine hours have been stuck at 20 for as long as I can remember. Nothing I have tried has made a difference, so I gave up worrying about it. If I want to know my hours, I just look at the gauge cluster.
All in all, I'm not impressed with the app, if it wasn't free right now, I wouldn't have it.

I sent a message to Polaris this morning. If I get a solution - I'll post. Thanks!

Same, my engine hours on the 7” screen and the app both say 0.8 hours. Well, I know it does in the app for sure.

Confirmed with Polaris customer service. There is a bug with the engine hours and the Ride Command mobile app that their development team is trying to resolve.

The engine hour problem has been known by Polaris for probably 6 months or longer......it doesn't appear they are actively "all over it"
