Rattle

Mine looks like that too. I stuck a piece of rubber behind it to push things together

Mine has the exact same alignment issue, I had it for a year before I ever noticed it so I'm not really sure if it's always been that way or not. My guess is it was so I just said screw it and left it alone.

I noticed it after i took that all apart for the turn signal kit and just figured i didnt put it back together right. After trying several times to fix it i started to wonder if it had always been like that.

I "think" I found the cause of the dash rattle on my 2024 XD.
I removed the interior cabin filter and found a large electrical connector on the right hand (passenger) side of the filter that was bouncing around and hitting plastic under the glove box. Made same sound I was hearing. It’s very easy to see the connector. Just wire tied it to prevent the rattle.
Live in Northern Wisconsin, still snow on the ground here and UTV/ATV trails don’t open until April/May, so won’t know for sure.
Thanks Lobri for sending the video of dash disassembly! I “have not” gone that far (yet), but if needed this video helps!
I will update when I know if this solved the problem.

Hopefully, that takes care of the annoying noise. There’s nothing worse than a rattle, squeak that can’t be explained.

I sure do agree with you. Our land is just one angle change after another, mine has so much suspension twings and twangs. I also am always fearing the clunk has returned.

My dash noise that I had was mostly the aftermarket turn signal kit that was installed, the wires and connectors were not tired up well by the dealer so they would vibrate on metal parts.

Odd anyone else also have the seatbelt retractor in the front middle seat rattle at low speed/rpm
Brand new '25 XD 1500. Center front seatbelt retractor rattles aweful at certain low speeds. Who has a fix? I am gonna remove it this weekend, try to make it quiet.

I put Seadek foam on mine and it quit making noise.

I removed mine, even though I couldn’t really tell if it rattled. But with my center console box over the hump, in front of the cup holders. I figured that seat wasn’t useful anyways. Thought I’d remove it all before it started to rattle.
