Ranger 1500 tire and wheel pics

Well sorry Clubin, I had to copy your set up. Ordered 5 wheels and tires today. The weight of the valor wheels sold me over the methods. Especially with the weight of the machine and all accessories already.
Omg. No problem. They are the sexiest out there. Plus light! I agree. Great choice. Our machines are siblings any Way.

I also like the look of the Valor combo ! If I go with 6.1 offset will it increase the width ?
I am already maxed out with my existing trailer width.

I believe you’re gonna be around 2-3” more in total width. But I could be wrong. From my research anyways with +40mm, it’s roughly 1-1.5” wider per side.

1000km no complaints. Alpha 32’s

I have 4 door that just arrived. I was going with Valor wheel/tire set up- are 32's best tire size or would a 33 be better. I think 35's are too large and I don't want to make modifications or lift. Also, how much wider will rig be with Valor wheels and tires than stock? I have to go through gates that it may be close? I just saw your picture of rig. Damn it looks long, but nice!

Thank you! I think you’ll be just fine with doing a full valor set up. I posted a pic of my width in the other thread you posted in. But you can go with the stock rims if you’d like. Same exact size as the valors, but they won’t stick out as much. Plus it’s cheaper. The valor wheels are a true 32” so if you were to go with an off brand 33” it might be about the same. Not to mention, you’re not gaining much from a 32 to a 33. I have my rear springs in the outward position due to the weight in the bed, and I’ve raised my front pre loads one notch. Now I have a good stance and the ride feels fine to me.

Got my new wheels and tires on yesterday and I'm very happy with them. Wheels are machined 15X7 MSA Thunderlips with a +10mm offset. (they also make in flat black) This pushed the tires out 2.11" on each corner. The tires are 32X10 BFG KM3's which raised my ride height 1.25" over the stock tires. The KM3's don't look aggressive but everything I've read and heard said they are a great all-around tire. I run a lot of pavement and gravel roads so I was looking for a smooth long wearing tire that would also be very capable off road. These seemed to check all the boxes for me. My Ranger now rides as smooth as my truck. Zero shake or vibration feel in the steering at 65 mph.
Big Red what box do you have in the bed?

Ok that makes sense, your concerned it will be too tall to clear with 32" tires. If width is a concern, make sure you stay with a 6/1 offset if you change wheels. My new wheels are a +10mm and it made my machine 4.22" wider than it was before. I wasn't after a wider machine but I do like the look of the wheel having a little depth to it.
Do you have any rubbing issues with that rim offset

Nope, not even close running 32" BFG KM3's. In fact, I'm sure it lessens the chance for a rub since it moved my tire out a little over 2" on each corner. I'm not going to tell you to do it but I'm fairly confident that I could run 35" BFG KM3's on it without a rub. The ONLY downside of the tires sticking out a little bit further is it will throw more mud, snow, rain, or whatever on the side of your rig. It's not really been an issue for me but I thought I would point it out.

Cool! Yea I dont want to do 35's I was looking at putting on the KM3's and was just wondering what wheel offset to run so thanks for the help

Personally, I like the wheel to have a little "dished" look myself, but that's just me. I also like a little contrast to the wheel, so I really liked the style of mine. Many prefer the blacked out look, MSA makes these wheels all black as well. Lots of wheels out there, I have bought from KJ Motorsports several times and have always been very happy. If they don't have the wheel or tire your after it likely does not exist. Free shipping to your door with the wheels mounted on the rims. Even if you don't buy from them, they have a good website that allows you to see what the tires will look like mounted on the wheels you choose.
