Radiator Flush and Fill

Does anybody know where to find the bolt for draining the radiator fluid to do a flush and fill on a 24XD 1500? I can't find it anywhere. I just changed the oil I wanted to do the radiator fluid./ antifreeze. The cap blew off while I was at the sand dunes. Had to fill up with water now I'm looking at the train it all out. I can't figure out how to do it or where to drain it from.

There's a drain plug in the bottom of the water pump on the back of the engine. It is lower than the radiator . Not the one that is blue, the bolt above

Best off to start pulling hoses off.
