We just went through this on our 2025. Removed both tunnels along with the front fender assemblies. Removed the back seat also. Used black spray insulation on all the front frame areas then used black gorilla tape over it to make it look like it belongs there. We used black pipe tape from Home Depot and put two layers on the coolant pipes throughout the tunnel along with lining the underside of both tunnels. Sealed up the under hood air filter tube where it comes through the firewall/plastic wall. Used dyno mat behind the rear seat area where the subwoofer goes and pipe tape insulation over the rest. My wife did the insulation on the coolant tubes and made it look perfect and almost factory because it's pretty tight in there. We spray the underside of the tunnel insulation with black Flex seal to waterproof it, and it gives it a factory look. There are some better ways to do this, but we can source this stuff locally and have had good luck with it in the past. Took us a day and a half to get this done along with a few beverages. The video above looks exactly like what we did.
It actually makes it quieter, and it has stopped a lot of the heat and air leaks. There are a lot of spots to get to when the fenders are off, but I think it's worth it even if it cuts 50% of the heat and air coming in. So far it has made a very noticeable improvement in ours. We did the extreme floor mats also.
On another subject, I think we have found a resolution for the Polaris rear subwoofer distortion but won't know for sure until Tuesday next week.
