Has anyone had issues with not being able to lock the cab doors(Ultimate)?
The driver door locks but the passenger door does not…. this happened at the dealership at delivery and was fixed, but now unable to lock the passenger door again!
 
No issues here, but I have only locked it once. They do seem a little finicky to me however.
 
I just used the door locks for the first time this weekend and didn’t have any issues.

Actually my driver door locks on its own. Pain in the ass.
 
I’ve never had an issue with locking or unlocking a door. I wonder if it has anything to do with the latches not closing fully on some machines. There is a recall for it. I made a post a couple days regarding the recall. Basically the latches are not fully resetting fully in.
 
Thanks. I saw other mentions of lock issues. Again the ability to lock doors at trailheads was a selling point for me. I will remind dealer to check for recall.

I was sent an email for the door latch recall due to my VIN involved with the recall. There is no permanent fix/solution yet. I was informed that I would get another email when there is one.

I believe if you go to Polaris’s website or use the app, you can look up your VIN for any recalls.
 
Same happens to my cousin's machine, I witnessed it firsthand on a ride we went on a few weeks back. He claims it happens a lot to the driver side door.
