    I’m confident rear diff is eating itself. Just dumped the oil looked like dark silver paint. I don’t think The axles weren’t the issue. The clunk is bad!

    New engine ok’d by Polaris. It’s ordered. They figure the cracked intake hydro locked cylinder one and bent the connecting rod a bit.

    Anyone having problem with there 1500 doors locking by themselves? My friend has had it happen several times, I know it sounds crazy.

    I’ve had my drivers door lock itself.

    I just installed this exact unit. It seems to work fine. Only problem I encountered is my 4 position rocker switch doesn’t make contact to lower the plow. The switch isn’t available till January. lol. I suspect once there is snow stuck o. The frame it won’t have the power. The lift cylinder...

    took in for cylinder 1 miss fire over 10 times. Heavy smoke at start up. Head has been off they replaced the intake plenum. Still Have heavy smoke at startup cylinder 1 miss fire at every start up. Dealer can’t fix it. Axles clunking dealer replaced them but still A awful clunking in the back...

    Again problems every time I start it grrr! Goes back again tomorrow. I’m getting close to have had enough. I can’t drive it it’s always in the shop.

    Clip is on it. Put 70 miles on this weekend no problems. Drove it out of the garage today it wouldn’t go forward. I started checking stuff over. Not a happy camper.

    lol. I have no words. Pulled it out of the garage wouldn’t go forward. Thought wtf. Well this is what I found. Drivers side axle popped out. I shoved it back In. See if it gets out again. New axles are so loose in the cups.
