Just got a call from the dealership today. Polaris wanted them to take the engine apart and run a few tests. Obviously there was a bunch of metal shavings in the oil further review of the case from Polaris Polaris is going to cover a brand new motor for me I should have it in a couple weeks, so...

Well we found the unit to actually be loosing oil pressure once warmed up so we have forwarded our findings to polaris

Hey man I appreciate any and all input my hope that is was something stupid and easy to fix It's been down longer than I've had it running. All I want to do it take the kids out in it. Just never would have thought I'd be having these issues just my damn luck. Lol
Now see that's a great question. You know more than me but I will ask them this tomorrow when they open. I think it could be the oil pump. But hell idk man. Curious to see what they say. The case is still open with Polaris for the sensor. Hoping to piggy back this problem with that open...
The dealership said it was the oil pressure sensor they replaced it and said it was fixed. I wment to pick it up warmed it up and it started to have the same issue again. I think it could be the oil pump. Anyway they have a ticket open still I'll keep you updated.

I will just wanted to keep everyone in the loop especially as much money as we pay. I'm curious if it's a faulty oil sending unit, oil sensor etc. I'm hoping it's a simple fix it has now been down 4 weeks and it's killing me! Lol
Just replaced the serpentine belt and the alternator mud got in the housing on the front of the motor. Then once I get it charging good AC condenser recharged, which by the way is on back order. I'm glad I didn't pay for it because it wasn't needed to be replaced put it on the workbench scrape...
