I’m considering a Rammy snowblower. Does anyone have any experience with this unit for their XD 1500?

I've never seen one before, but she looks like a beast. I would imagine she will squat the front end just a little bit when it's raised up.

Thanks for the reply.
It’s made in Finland.
Would have to crank the front shocks up a few notches and put sand bags in the bed. The discharge chute angle and deflection are adjustable using an in cab controller.

After several discussions with the dealer, I decided not to purchase the Rammy snowblower. The mounting system would require modifications that would make it un-returnable. Also, the clearing width is 4” less than the tires. Therefore snow would get packed down on either side of what gets cleared — for me that’s a problem.

That’s a single stage snow blower, not good enough. I’ve always used snow plows.

I bought the 7’ plow as an accessory with the vehicle. We can get some hefty snowfalls here at 8200’ in the Colorado mountains. We’ll see how it all works.

The plow works fine until the plowed snow bank gets too high for newly plowed snow to go over top. Then I need to clean up with a snow thrower. We have a 10,000 sq ft driveway and we get a lot of snow at 8200’ elevation in the Colorado mountains.
