No current gps location

My 2024 Ranger 1500 is no longer showing my current location. When I purchased it, all was working fine. Then I downloaded the app and the current location was no longer available. I deleted the app from my phone, software is current. The map isn’t tracking my location in real time. However, my ride tracks are available the next day and shows all the roads I travelled. The gps must be tracking me in order to create the ride, but why can’t I get my current location? The screen says 0 satellites and/or “searching for gps”

I am not techy to help you but did you try the Polaris help line ? They helped me with mine when it was new.

The same thing happened to my brothers XD shortly after he bought it. He took it to the dealer and they just reloaded the newest software version (it was the same one he had) and it solved the problem. Fixed it without even unloading it from the trailer.
