Tomorrow, Sunday March 23rd, Habor Freight's "Deal of the Day" is the 3-ton Badlands Off Road Jack. The is a 1 day only sale. The jack normally sells for $319.99 but tomorrow only it's $229.99 a full $90 off. I have this jack and absolutely love it. Fit and finish is top notch and it's a beast. To be honest I never carry it off-road but it's the only jack I own that can lift my Ranger without a bunch of wooden blocks stacked on top of it. By far this is the best jack I have ever owned and no longer want to use one with those shitty little wheels again. If you think you might want one now is the time to check it out.

Great timing! I’m about to get on my feet again soon and will be installing Thumper Fabs front and rear braces. I was just thinking I should probably pick up this jack to make the install easier.

Thanks for the heads up!! Looks like my wife will be driving me to harbor freight on Sunday.

Let me know what you think of it......I'm a big Festool and Milwaukee guy and used to be a Harbor Freight hater. Over the last few years, I've done a complete 180 and have purchased several US General, ICON, Predator, Daytona, Badlands, and Fortress items that I'm completely impressed with. Habor Freight still sells some junk but as they have gone forward, they have filled the vacuum left by the failing Craftsman brand and many other middle to upper tier players.

Thanks for bringing this up Big Red. I was going to get one when you mentioned a different sale couple weeks back but didn't make it to town, glad I didn't. I will make a trip to town tomorrow.

I have a Harbor freight about 25 miles from me. I think I will run over tomorrow and pick one up. Thanks for the info!

I read the fine print on the add this am and got nervous about "in store stock only" so got JR his shower early and arrived at HF 5 minutes before they opened.

J enjoys watching about anything I do and assembly the Jack was no exception.

He decided he needed to raise his Bose speaker up for service.

I’m a little nervous about the in stock only as well. My wife is not an early riser, so I was gonna sweeten the deal by offering to take her to breakfast.

But we got surprised with visitors, my brother and his family are visiting from over the hill for spring break with my little nephews, for the weekend to play in the snow.

So I won’t be able to get into town until later this afternoon. I’ll definitely be calling first to make sure they have some left in stock.

If your HF is stocked like mine you will be fine, there were 15 or 20 stacked up.

Well, oneal what do you think about the jack. I know you probably haven't used it yet but what are your first impressions?

Our Harbor Freight store is an hour and 10 minutes away on dry roads. We're having a snow storm today so I called ahead. They had 6 in stock. They could not save one for me because the sale is "in store only". Took 1.5 hours to get there because of the snow but they still had 4 left. I GOT MINE! Thanks Big Red. This forum is awesome! Although my wife doesn't like it. She says it's an expensive forum to belong to. She just doesn't understand all the valuable information obtained here. 😁

Glad you got one, make sure to share what you think of it. My wife used to complain about my tool and toy habits but she doesn't say much anymore. I bought her a really high quality knife set once and showed her the difference between tools that are a joy to use verses tools that just work okay. I just got the Milwaukee M12 shears for her to trim the rose bushes back, you should have seen her smile when using it. That said I really bought it for me to trim small tree branches

I just got back from buying mine. They had 6 or 7 left. I won't have a chance to unpack it until tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up!

I bought a set of those when they were first released, they are awesome . We carry ours in Polaris to clean small limbs where we ride

Actually, I did use it when JR allowed me to take it outside, it works as a 3 ton Jack should. I was super impressed with the build quality, the new stainless hardware is a great finishing touch . My opinion is same as yours, as HF transitioned from total chinsey to where they are now so has my opinion of them. I have an icon tool chest that is just about as good as money can buy.
Thanks again for bringing this sale to everyone's attention.

Managed to pick up a jack, my HF still had 13 in stock when I got there. Picked up some new jack stands as well. Needed some that were tall enough for the Ranger.

Wish I had more time, I’m interested in their predator power stations. I would’ve taken a glance at them. Maybe when I’m back driving and not relying on my chauffeur.

Thanks again Big Red for the heads up.

You're all welcome for the heads up, happy to share my experiences. I'm waiting on the Predator power stations to go on sale. I have a Bluetti that I use to power my Treager Ranger pellet grill when we are out riding. It works well and is a bargain but I'm wanting a bigger one for other reasons.

Finally got a chance to unpack mine today. Damn what a nice jack. I really regret not buying two, one for our farm shop. It says 3 ton, but it sure looks heavier than that.

I was thinking the same about picking up a second one. Definitely was good advice from Big Red

At $320 it's a fair deal and half the price of the Eagle off-road jack ($600) and IMHO a better jack with more features. When you get a chance to buy it for $230 it's damn near making the decision for you. Glad those that got one are happy with it.
