Hello everyone. Just joined here. I joined to find info about various ideas all things 2024 Ranger 1500. Which I've owned since April 24' in Polaris Pursuit Camo flavor. I live in Colorado. I was able to aquire and install the 84" full hydraulic plow before any storms hit this winter. After about 8 months of waiting for back ordered parts. Next upgrades may include wheels, tires, suspension, auto start, and front camera. Very weird it doesn't come with one. I have about 300 miles on the machine. So far no major issues. Sometimes a knocking or pop during a sharp articulated AWD turn. I had roof leaks from the windshield and two doors. Which were finally remedied under warranty recently.

Welcome Ranger XD. Our riding terrain makes ours flex a lot which indeed makes the connection between the sway bar and a arms pop. Ours is now about 600 miles and it doesn't seem to pop as much. Maybe suspension parts breaking in ??

If your noise is more of a clunk and is in rythem with tire rotation that is poor tolerances between the axle spline and the outer hub but also not a big deal.
