What is the best material to use to seal the holes behind the two front fenders? I did not want to use spray foam. Regular pipe insulation does not seem much better as it seems to disintegrate over time.

Has anyone removed the back seats and insulated the back wall?

Concerning the floor boards, are they insulated, but the “tunnel” is not?

We use polyfil for insulating between the floorboards and skid plate, as well as other open spaces behind the panels. It’s inexpensive and doesn’t collapse when it gets wet like fiberglass. We also wrapped the coolant pipes with foam insulation.
