Does anyone have a video or pics to show how to access the the motor for the passenger front widow motor?

do you take the outside skin off or the inside one?
The inside panels. The center, silver panel is held on by plastic clips, so you just gently pull on it to pop the clips loose. Then there’s a couple bolts under that, and the rest are visible around the outer edges of the inner panel. There’s a couple barb clips under the inner panel that will still hold it a little as well.
You’ll also probably want to at least drop the side of the headliner to access and unplug the window power harness.

Just got my Ranger XD back from the Dealer. Main reason was they added the hydraulic snow plow parts and shifter control for same. One of the issues was the driver side window was slower up/down than the passenger window. They told me that Polaris is aware of the issue and will be sending them replacement motors for both sides. No ETA yet.
I don't know this dealer well enough to know how much truth there is to this, but that's where I am at with the window motor issue on mine.
