Cold Air into the cab

Have a 2024 Ultimate. Lots of cold air coming in. Feel it all around the steering column area. Anyone have this issue? Sub zero temps and driving on the highway the heater can't keep up.

Yes everyone should have this issue as they are all built the same way. It's more noticeable by some than others, the colder it is and the faster you drive will make the problem more pronounced and easier to see. This issue has been discussed many times here, do a search you should find what some people have done to address this issue.

If you are comfortable tinkering you can remove outer fenders and squirt some expanding foam in the gaps and remove the door panels and silicone some flexible plastic over the hole such as the automotive industry does. There have also been a few remove the skid plates and insulate the tunnel.

I will definitely look at removing the outer fenders to check those gaps out. Thanks.
