    Uh no, I agree with Big Red. Wish we lived a little closer, you could jump in mine and compare. If it takes 4500 to get 25 mph it's not going to ever see 60. The condition you describing is how mine performs in Tow/Haul

    It's an easy oversight. Curious which model 1500 you purchased that is noisy and has vibrations. Ours is whisper quite with great ride and no vibrations.

    There will always be a defective bearing on occasion and I haven't read this issue before.

    Ah, I thought it sounded too fast to be the tranny, that's why I was guessing the alternator. Vibration noises can resonate a fair distance and trick you where they are emitting from.

    Do you have the drivers seat belt fastened ? It has a safety limiter on it
