I put the Polaris on mine. It is really too high to do a lot of good, but it is something. It will be a bit of a challenge to have one that sits low enough and have bed dump. Definitely a bed mount and then down but narrow enough to not hit tires or whatever. Someone will come up with something...
I have a crew. Nothing like you describe on this end. Myself and others have put rubber in the latch area due to cold air coming in, but I haven’t had any gap in windows or frame in that area. Sounds like something got missed with trim not installed correctly…hope you can easily fix.
Glad it’s back and you are in the saddle again. What a mess you have had. Hopefully it’s a complete anomaly and you have nothing but reliability from this point!
Then you understand. Spend an hour or two and insulate tunnel and areas around it and it is even quieter. I assume it will also help with heat, but winter has made that hard to tell. Very easy to do. I am sure you know how hot the tunnel can get since you have a pro R. That rig gets so hot the...
Welcome! Can’t wait to see what you do with your machine! Based on your Troy Lee, I’m guessing it will be impressive! My wife loves the machine and goes with me all the time. She is part of why I switched from xpedition, because I knew she would despise the noise. Guessing your wife will...
No balance on mine and no vibration or pull one way or another. I agree with Dragoon that it would probably solve issue. A friend has his balanced on Pro R and it is smooth with 35’s.
So bummed out for you. What a disappointment! Your situation is by far the worst I’ve heard. Generally, feels like these are fairly reliable. Too early to know any long term issues. Keep us updated. Hoping you are back in saddle soon.
Interesting. I suppose as long as it is in range it is designed for it’s not a big deal. Highest I’ve ever noticed trans is 136 and engine 189. Then again haven’t paid a lot of attention to transmission.
45-60 today on gravel for about 15 minutes, trans was between 108-118. Engine 178 most of the time. Trans went to 108-ish the longer I drove. Not sure what’s going on if temps are getting anywhere near 200. I can’t duplicate it. Mine is a crew with 200-300 pounds of accessories and equipment and...
Frankly, I would have expected worse. No question xpedition would be faster. Can’t even fathom what a rzr pro r would look like racing either of these machines. It would absolutely destroy both of them in a drag race. Different machines for different uses. I LOVE mine. Now seeing significant...
I had to take some garbage about an hour ago so took the gravel road. I made a point to notice temp. It was about 40 degrees outside and after 20 minutes of driving in the 30-40 mph range, it stabilized 177-180. So pretty much same as yours, but much warmer outside. We actually had rain today...
Installed box. Perfect fit! Works with spare tire just right. So superior to plastic. Expensive, but worth every penny. Thanks Red! I Used knobs so can pull off easy. I also decided to use 3/8 stainless carriage bolts. I put a 5/16 rubber washer so the square would sit in track without falling...
Haha. Clubin made me chuckle! I think all of these new performance machines drink gas. This 3 cylinder, despite low rpm’s, is its own version of a performance rig and moving a lot of weight! Additionally, I know I am not caring at all about what my foot does.
