Drilled and siliconed. Took a deep breath and felt like I was drilling my hand. Haha. I actually cut a connector off my wire so I could do smaller hole and spliced again under headliner. Drilling a hole in a roof of a machine that costs $50k is not fun. Turned out fine though!
I love my rig! Zero regrets. There are a few quirks. They mentioned the transmission on steep hills and I’ve noticed that. Now I’m used to it I am don’t worry about a stall. Cup holders don’t bother me because I’m coming from RZR and Generals and they don’t have the nice holders like the Ranger...
Brief story: Had a flat tire in desert due to beadlock bolts over torqued (I assume) and broke three off. As a result couldn’t keep air pressure because they were three in a row and would lose bead and air would come out. Used a bottle jack, but couldn’t get it high enough to change tire and...
Definitely went a little far on edge to keep from peeling. Price is right. Would you do it again knowing it was cut so much? I don’t really roll windows down all that often so trying to decide if I care.
Got my floor mats! Excellent quality! About 3/8 inch thick. Light weight and look terrific. I put them on top of the stall mats I made. Thought I would replace those, but works great.
