WTF is an understatement. I get our XD's are the first model year of a completely new design and expect to have a few things like a leaky windshield or some other annoying shit, but axle popping out seems like something that shouldn't be happening.
Moving up to a 32" tire should not change the turning radius. Your wheelbase remains the same so does the degree at which it will turn. If you add forward A-arms that would extend your wheel base thus increasing your turning radius. I would definately go up to a 32" tire as I don't know of any...
I'm guessing Polaris has better interest rates on the 2025's to offset the rebates on the 2024's. Last I knew Polaris had a $3000 rebate in my area of the country. I would guess most lending institutions would have the same rate since both vehicles are new. The Feds just cut rates by 1/2 point...
L-track fasteners do not work, they require a series of continuous holes, and they are secured by the bridges between the holes. I just test 3 different types to make sure........no dice.
From your earlier picture it looks like the lifting cylinder can retract more and there is a lower mounting point on your plow for the strap. Closing the cylinder so you can move the strap down on the plow should give you more lift. I don't have the instructions but that looks like a possible...
That was probably the case with me too, I honestly don't remember if it was in a glovebox or the bag with my manual and paperwork. No matter if you never got one just ask your dealer and I would hope they would get you one.
Welcome aboard JKNORTH, I'm sure you will love the XD no matter if it's a 2024 or 2025.
Different colors, different warranties, and likely different rebates.
I'll look for the thread and bump it for you.
If you prefer a 1-piece mat (covers the center hump) than I would go that route. It appears to be more of a rubber mat which may be good or bad?? I don't know if anyone has these yet so you might be the first to try them. I and a few others have the 2 (or 4) piece mat sets. They are molded to...
My spanner wrench was not in the plastic bag with the other tools as you can see my plastic bag is unopened as well. Like I said before your spanner wrench was likely misplaced by someone. Maybe ask your dealer where it should have been since it clearly was not supposed to be in the pink bag.
It's a little over the top for my taste, as long as you're into that look and don't care how it impacts what these were designed to do than you might like it. I've only owned 1 black vehicle in my life......and I liked it ok. But everyone knows "Red is the fastest color!"
I bought a bright red...
If you need one I'm sure your dealer will likely give you one. If not a hammer and screwdriver works fine for many. I have the 7' plow and don't adjust my preload for the plow and everything works out just fine. Not saying you should do this just saying I don't really see the need to mess with it.
Or maybe it was just misplaced by the factory, dealer or owner like I did. All of which are more likely options than those listed above. If you're going to adjust the preload you will likely just do it once.....maybe I'm wrong and a lot of you are jacking with them more often than that. Quite...
