I’ve had it happen many times. They replaced the locks on my machine. I noticed the new locks were more positive (like feeling a definite click) when turning the key to lock and unlock. Before they replaced the locks I’d open and close each door several times to make sure the lock stayed unlocked.

If I remember correctly, there wasn’t one in my tool bag. I think it was just laying in one of the storage/glove boxes.

I had an issue when traveling at a constant speed (like 25 mph) and when I let off the gas, there would be a clunking sound. It would also happen accelerating. I took it in and they re-torqued the axle nut that goes through rear hubs. The noise is gone. They said it is a known issue on the 1500.
