Passenger side grab handles.

In the parts catalog there are two grab handles shown on the passenger side, see pic below. I would like to have the one that the arrow points to. Since it’s in the parts catalog, and not in the accessories catalog, I was wondering if it was not installed at the factory.
Does anyone have two grab handles on the passenger side?

I have an Ultimate and only have the 1 handle installed on the A Pillar. I'm sure the one below the roof could be added as there are 2 holes, and the headliner has clearance for one.

I only have the one also on the A pillar. Never noticed there was 2 holes higher up.
