Visors

Anyone have the Polaris visors installed? Do they work? Any pics?

Do they folded stay up when on the trail?
Do they come down low enough to block the sun?

They work great. Use them all the time.

I bought the visors for wife who always uses a visor..........she has yet to use them. That said they are a solid piece and stay where you put them., no issues with them falling down. The instructions are not up to Polaris standards, and you will swear that they won't fit as described but they do. The description of where to cut the headliner is not very clear nor did mine have a mark on the inside of the headliner as described. All in all, a fairly easy install, just install the brackets and use those measurements to mark out your headliner.

I have them installed and have used them multiple times. I’ve never had an issue with one falling down. I also have sunglasses clipped to the drivers side one.

I didn't mean falling down, but flipping down. Riding on a bumpy trail and the visor flips from the up position to the down position,, blocking your view of the trail. There must be enough tension on the movement of the visor. Anyway, thanks for the input. I ordered them today.

You’ll like them. I meant flipping down, not falling down. Where I’m at, I have a lot of bumpy/rocky roads on the public land by my place and have gone down them at a decent speed and I’ve never had a visor flip down on me.

Like Mr.C said they do not move up or down unless you move them. There is also a tension bolt so if it was too lose you could tighten it up.
